Following in the successful track of Pearl smartphone, RIM- the maker of Blackberry devices come with new-generation, Blackberry 9100 Pearl smartphone. It is expected to release in the 3rd quarter of 2010 at Mobile Congress, Barcelona. This is a 3G-enabled smartphone that comes with wide array of advanced features and half-QWERTY keyboard which is different from its predecessor model of device.
It also uses touch-sensitive optical keypad instead of trackball navigation. Being a business-oriented smartphone, it provides document viewer, email, Push email and IM to fulfill the desires of business professionals.
On the multimedia front, the Blackberry 9100 Pearl also completes its features with 3.2MP camera, superb music player and expandable memory card. A-GPS lets finding out the desirable locations. Connectivity is also forte via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and HSDPA capabilities.
